BUY SETTINGS

In this section you can learn more about how to set-up your buy settings

Mizar enables you to:

  • Trade already launched tokens with a Market Order (instant buy), with a Limit Order (at defined deviation or price).

  • Trade not launched tokens with a Market Order (for tokens on chains without mem-pool, like Base tokens) or with a Snipe Order (for tokens on chains with mem-pool, like Ethereum tokens).

Trade Launched Tokens

When a token is launched, it means that there is at least one liquidity pool available on a DEX, and the token can be bought and sold by traders. Sniping these tokens is not possible.

Market Order

A market order is an order which buy the token at current market price.

  • Buy Amount: Define the amount you want to swap (in ETH or main asset).

Limit Order

By using Limit Orders, the Mizar Sniper Bot will keep monitoring the prices and execute your transaction as soon as the defined target is hit. You can set-up multiple limit orders to create a Dollar Cost Averaging (DCA) snipe.

  • Deviation: the price deviation relative to the token price at the time you created the snipe.

  • Amount: the amount of asset to swap for the token at the defined deviation.

  • Expiration: set the expiration time (in hours) after which the limit order will be considered expired.

By clicking on the "$" button you can switch to price view and define price targets instead of deviation.

Example: You set 3 limit orders with deviations of -5%, -10%, and -15%. The token's price, which you intend to snipe, is $1.00 at the time of snipe creation. After creating the snipe, Mizar continuously tracks the price, patiently waiting for the specified targets to be reached.

At one point, the price dips to $0.95, prompting Mizar to execute a purchase transaction of 0.05 ETH. The price then declines further, hitting $0.90, at which point Mizar initiates a second purchase transaction of 0.05 ETH, dollar cost averaging your snipe.

Gas Priority

Max Buy Gas Priority: The bot automatically adjusts your transaction gas to the average gas price and adds the chosen gas priority on top of it. For instance, if the ETH gas average is 15 gwei and your gas priority is 5 gwei, your transaction's gas price will be set at 20 (15 average + 5 priority) gwei. In this way, you can ensure that you buy the tokens before the average purchaser within the same block. In the case of limit orders, the same gas priority is applied to each limit order step.

Slippage

Specify the slippage threshold for executing your buy transaction. In the case of limit orders, the same slippage is applied to each limit order step.

MEV Protection

When activated, the buy transaction will be executed through a private transaction. This will avoid getting front-runned or sandwiched.

Trade Not Launched Tokens

When a token is not yet launched, it means that the token cannot be bought and sold by traders, even if there is already liquidity available in a pool on a DEX. Sniping these tokens is possible. For tokens launching on chains without a mem-pool, like Base, you can set up a market order as described above. For tokens launching on chains with a mem-pool, such as Ethereum, you can use the Snipe Order method outlined below.

Snipe

Mizar sniper bot relies on the Mizar Block-0 technology, with the primary goal to enable Mizar traders to be the first to snipe a token in the same block of its launch.

Mizar will always aim to make you the first buyer as soon as trading begins (block-0). Should the initial attempt at block-0 be unsuccessful, you can use the auto-retry and attempt to snipe in the subsequent block.

The block-0 snipe can fail for many reasons, including the miner not accepting the bribing fee. The greater the number of wallets engaging in the block-0 snipe, the higher the chance of securing the snipe. If the block-0 transaction fails, you won't pay the bribing fee.

  • Amount: the amount of ETH you want to snipe.

  • Bribing Fee: the amount of gas fee you will pay to snipe at block-0. In case the block-0 snipe fails, you won't pay any bribing fee.

  • Auto Retry: enable it to snipe at block-1 in case the block-0 is not accepted.

  • Backup Bribing Fee: the amount of bribing fee you will pay for sniping at block-1. This fee is paid only if the bot sniped at block-1.

  • Slippage: slippage threshold for executing your block-1 snipe.
