You can visualise all the tokens in your wallet from the Mizar Terminal.

Simply click on the wallet you want to check, or switch chain to see the main balance.

The following drawer will render.

Each wallet can also be viewed directly on the blockchain (via etherscan or similar) or through wallet providers such as Metamask or Trustwallet.
