POSITIONS/ORDERS ERRORS

In this section, you will learn how to check and fix errors of your running subscriptions

Mizar consistently monitors the well-being of your positions. In case of issues, the position enters an error status mode. Basic actions are usually sufficient to resolve the error in most cases.

Usually, the bot will automatically resolve the positions within 10 minutes. If you're still facing problems, check the information below.

To comprehend the nature of the error, please navigate to your positions and expand the position containing the error. By doing so, you'll gain access to additional information regarding the error within the expanded order.

Errors can stem from various reasons, falling into the following categories:

  • Exchange Error: This error occurs when there are problems with your API keys or authentication for your exchange. To resolve this error:

  • Insufficient Funds Available: If you do not have sufficient funds in your exchange, it may not be possible to open a new order. To resolve this error:

    1. Check if your funds are not already allocated to other open orders

    2. Check that your funds are in the right trading (sub)-account

    3. Deposit additional funds into your exchange.

  • Order Amount Below Minimum: In general, orders have varying order size limits, which can change depending on the market, pairs, and exchange. To resolve this error:

    1. Check the specific minimum order size on your exchange

    2. Edit base order size, take profit threshold, or manually add funds.

  • Future Settings Error: This error occurs when there are issues related to position mode or leverage.

  • Take Profit Error: This error occurs when the take profit function on the exchange has issues, such as insufficient funds.

  • Network Error: This error occurs when there are issues with the exchange network, such as Mizar exceeding rate limits.

  • General Error: This error has a more general nature, such as Mizar receiving a bad response from the exchange.

If an error occurs, the bot will attempt to execute the order for 10 minutes. If the error persists, please reach out to us for assistance.
